ADMB (Always Drinking Marching Band) is one of the most active, veteran and successful street arts companies in Spain.
Founded in Barcelona in 1997, today it is an artistic production company specialising in music, theatre and clowning with a track record of more than 1000 performances all over the world.
The company is made up of artists and technicians of different nationalities and specialities. It creates, produces and distributes its own family, circus, concert and dramatic shows such as The Street is Ours, The Different Orquestra, and Satisfacshow, which are described below:
THE STREET IS OURS
The Street is Ours is a music and humor show that has been a European reference in street arts for 20 years, born from the influence of brass bands from New Orleans or the French Fanfàrries, without forgetting the Iberian Txaranga.
The Street is Ours is the sum of quality music with surreal gags that seek audience interaction at every moment of the show. The wide repertoire and the different virtues we draw from each space where we perform make each performance different from the previous one. With The Street is Ours, we want to claim the street as the best of all scenarios, the most democratic and universal, where anything is possible.
The show has a format that fits any type of event or situation. In the street, we are acoustic and adaptable to any space; we don't need anything more than a small space at the foot of the street where we can release our music and our gags. We also have the stage format, with the same essence and irony but amplified and with a power quite difficult to see in other musical formations. And if you have some other really crazy proposal, we have a lot of experience in private events, tailor-made productions, galas, and television. The mixture of percussion, winds, and electric guitar defines us as a pioneering brass band with a very own sound that has come to influence other bands.
The Great Cucurella International Orchestra, a traditional dance orchestra, loses all its musicians just before the concert. Like the rats on the Titanic, most of the musicians and both singers abandon ship at the last moment, leaving only the pianist and the trumpeter when showtime arrives. What should they do? Cancel? Given the circumstances, quitting is not an option. They must reinvent themselves or perish.
Will they be able to find a solution with so little time? The streets are full of anonymous artists eager to take the stage, but is it wise to let eccentric, unconventional performers step into the spotlight and shake up the audience? Are they willing to accept anyone who can sing, dance, and entertain—no matter how different they may be?
La Different Orquestra is a tribute to the artist’s life—a clown show, a live concert featuring music from past and present, and a comedy-filled performance that thrives on audience interaction. The audience is what makes each show unique. The show must go on. And if there's no artist, we'll have to find one. Tonight, a new star may be born—and that star could be you.

Satisfacshow i a universal theatrical show with music, gesture theatre and humour. A fanfare, five street musicians who travel the
world with their versions and styles. This "existential" journey also takes them through other musical formats as a consequence of natural, unpremeditated evolution: classical music, pop, rock and funk that will make them find their own way, returning to their roots, their essence, more convinced and fulfilled than ever.
